Request:
This question is from my 7 year old. She asked her sister and I this on the way to church Sunday. We had a very good discussion on the topic. It was wonderful to see how their minds worked and things that have made marks on them over the few years of their life.

As we talked about charity, my youngest asked about giving money to people in need and on the street asking for money. My oldest quickly jumped in about not giving money to people you knew were not going to use it wisely. She remembered that 2 years ago in Seattle there was a man who had a cup asking for money with a fishing pole. His sign read, “Fishing for Beer.” They both asked how they can know who is lying and who is not.
